Joy,

This is a question that your attorney must answer based on the facts and circumstances of your case and, of course, the Court's decision.

How do I get Countrywide to release the deed to my property? They illegally foreclosed while my cast was being heard in the Supreme Court. The Court ruled in my favor in April 2007. Country wide did not wait for that ruling. Now their attorney, Charles Huber is not working with my attorney in a timely manner. Charles Huber wants me to pay for the year that I was locked out of my home and someone else had access to it. I want to pay what I owe and have this issue completed. Can you help? Thanks, Joy Shepherd

Dan,

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll look into it. It appears to be an in-depth coverage of the industry. Looks very helpful.

I can see that you really have given the WEB 2.0 and the real estate new business models quite some thought. Good stuff and very exciting. You may want to read the latest Swanepoel Trends Report by Stefan Swanepoel as you seem to be thinking along similar lines and his publication details all the trends and changes very well. Check it out at www.retrends.com .
